Getting started

Welcome to Kato

See how Kato brings tasks, meetings, clients, and AI into one connected workspace.

Updated July 30, 2026

Kato is a shared workspace for the work that usually gets scattered across task lists, meeting notes, customer records, inboxes, and AI tools.

Instead of treating each part of your day as a separate system, Kato connects them. A meeting can create a task, a task can stay attached to a client record, and Ask Kato can use that shared context to help your team move forward.

What lives in Kato

  • Tasks for clear owners, priorities, due dates, and status.
  • Meetings for agendas, notes, and follow-ups.
  • Records for clients, companies, projects, and any custom data your team tracks.
  • Inbox and calendar context from the accounts you choose to connect.
  • Ask Kato for answers, summaries, drafts, and actions grounded in workspace context.
  • Automations for repeatable work that should not rely on someone remembering.

A good first session

Start with one real piece of work. Create a workspace, invite one teammate, add a task you already need to finish, and connect the calendar your team uses.

You do not need to configure everything at once. Kato becomes more useful as your team adds the context it already works with.
