Overview

Link your phone and text Kato’s WhatsApp number to ask questions about tasks, CRM records, meetings, and more — the same Ask Kato assistant, on the go.

How it works

Open Settings → Integrations → WhatsApp, enter your phone number, and confirm the one-time code sent via WhatsApp. Choose a default workspace. Text the Kato number shown on the page. Commands: /new, /ws <slug>, /help. Replies use Meta WhatsApp Cloud API (not unofficial clients).

Configure

1. 01Open Settings → Integrations → WhatsApp.
2. 02Message the Kato WhatsApp number once (required in Meta test mode), then enter your phone and send a verification code.
3. 03Enter the 6-digit code from WhatsApp and select your default workspace.
4. 04Text the Kato number shown on the page with a question.
